Payment
SRP Consultancy reserves the right not to confirm a booking unless payment is made prior to the training course date. Payment can be made by BACS, PayPal or by credit or debit card via an authorised electronic method (details for which appear next to the course itself).
Reimbursement
SRP Consultancy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any of its public training courses. Under these circumstances you will receive a full refund paid either by BACS. SRP Consultancy cannot be held responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled training course.
Cancellation
If you cancel any booking 1 month or more prior to the event date, you will be refunded the full course fee. If you cancel your booking 2 weeks to 1 month prior to the event date, you will be refunded 50% of the pad fee. If you cancel your booking 2 weeks or less prior to the event date, or in the event of non-attendance, the course fee will not be refunded.
Special Offers
Special offers on courses are periodically available and published on the page and communicated via our newsletter. These periodic special offers are not available to delegates who booked or paid for the public event prior to the special offer becoming available.
Multiple Delegates
If you book more than one delegate on the same course, each additional delegate will receive a discount on the per delegate fee. Discounts are published on the course booking form and can change periodically. Multiple delegate discounts do not apply on already discounted courses.
Discount Vouchers
Attendees who have previously attended a public (or in-house) training course will be emailed a voucher. This can be redeemed when the next event is booked. The voucher will not redeemable on already discounted events.
